How to Add and Share Your Contact Information on Chirp

There are two places where contact information can be added:

• Account Settings for Chirp account communications
• Your Page for visitors and followers

Update Your Account Contact Information

Use Account Settings to manage the email address and phone number associated with your Chirp account.

1. Open your Builder page.
2. Select the menu icon in the top-right corner.
3. Select Account.
4. Enter or update your email address and phone number.
5. Select Save Changes.

This information is used for account-related communication and security.

Share Contact Information With Followers

You can add contact information directly to your page so visitors can reach you.

Option 1: Add Contact Information to Your Bio

1. Open the Profile Tile.
2. Edit your bio text.
3. Add your preferred contact information.
4. Save your changes.

Option 2: Add an Email Link

1. Open the Social Links Tile.
2. Select the Paper Airplane icon.
3. Enter your email address.
4. Save your changes.

Option 3: Create a Contact Button

1. Open the Button List Tile.
2. Add a new button.
3. Enter a contact URL or email address.
4. Save your changes.

Review Your Contact Information

After updating your page, confirm that:

• Email addresses are correct
• Contact links work properly
• Visitors can easily find your preferred contact method
