Edit, Delete, and Publish Sections on Your Chirp Page

Edit a Section

Use these steps to update text, links, images, or other content within an existing section.

1. Open your Chirp dashboard.
2. Locate the section you want to edit in the page preview.
3. Hover over the section until the outline appears.
4. Select the Pencil icon.
5. Make your changes in the editor panel.
6. Select Save Changes.

Repeat these steps for any additional sections you want to update.

Delete a Section

Use these steps to permanently remove a section from your page.

1. Locate the section in the page preview.
2. Hover over the section until the outline appears.
3. Select the Trash Can icon.
4. Confirm the deletion.

The section will be removed from your page layout.

Publish Your Changes

After editing or deleting sections:

1. Select Publish at the top of your dashboard.
2. Wait for the publishing process to complete.

Your updates will appear on your live page after publishing.

Troubleshooting

I saved my changes but don't see them on my page.

Saving changes updates the editor only.

To make changes visible on your live page, select Publish after saving.

Can I edit a section after publishing?

Yes. You can edit any existing section at any time. After making changes, select Publish again to update your live page.

Can I restore a deleted section?

Deleted sections must be recreated if you want to add them back to your page.
