How to Convert an Existing Bio Link to Chirp

What Transfers During Import?

The following content can be imported:

Profile

• Profile image
• Display name
• Bio text

Styles

• Colors
• Backgrounds
• Fonts
• Headers
• Themes

Links

Your existing links will be imported and organized on your Chirp page.

This includes:

• External product links from platforms like Shopify, Gumroad, affiliate programs, and other product pages
• Product details such as titles, images, and prices when supported
• Creator links from supported platforms

Chirp supports embeds from more than 1,000 platforms. If a link can be embedded, it will appear as embedded content. If it cannot be embedded, it will be added as a standard clickable link.

How to Convert an Existing Bio Link

Follow these steps to transfer your existing bio link to Chirp.

1. Open the Pages tab from your Dashboard.
2. Create or select your Chirp URL.
3. When prompted with How do you want to start?, select Import from Bio Link.
4. Paste the URL of your current bio link page.
5. Select Convert to Chirp.
6. Wait while Chirp imports your content.
7. Once the import is complete, you'll be taken to the Page Editor.

Review Your Imported Page

Before publishing, review your page to confirm:

• Images transferred correctly
• Links work as expected
• Product information appears correctly
• Styles and branding match your preferences

You can edit any imported content from the Page Editor.

What Happens Next?

After publishing, Chirp analytics will begin collecting data for your page. You can use analytics to track clicks and engagement on your links.
