Hello, I'm Amy (just turned 34 now☺). I'm a professional violinist and doctoral student at UNT working on my dissertation. I'm also the creator of "Thrive x Strive Musician Podcast." I started my personal YouTube channel in 2015. My video content has evolved through my journey of veganism, recovery, and self-discovery. After overcoming my mental illnesses, and shared insights I learned to help you thrive and strive to be the better version of yourself, 2020 became the starting point of downwård spiral for my chronic illnesses. If you're reading this, I want to let you know that you are not alone, whatever challenges you are going through and feelings you've been experiencing. Believe that there is always a positive outlook for everything and every situation. Join the tribe to grow together🌻 I am mostly on Instagram, but I will return and keep what we started going❤️!
